Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Manage quality control program for MEP systems.
•  Manage closeout of MEP related systems and contracts.
•  Interview and assist with selection of sub-contractors for each project.
•  Review and approve MEP monthly requisitions and change orders.
•  Coordinate/work with any Owner third party MEP contractors or testing agencies.
•  Obtain all mechanical close out documentation; as builts, attic stock and O&Ms.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree. 
•  Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Five years experience in same field.
• Good Communication Skills.
