Job Description :

Duties:

  • Manage reception area, phone calls and meeting rooms bookings
  • Give office administrative support to purchase & procurement, invoice & billing, mail services, facilities management etc.
  • Handle property insurance claim application for company asset
  • Liaise with service suppliers and vendors. Source the most competitive deal for the company.
  • Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma
  • 1-2 years of office admin / receptionist experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
