A leading company looking for an experienced HR Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Partner with organizational leadership to deliver tactical HR support that is aligned to central and local business and    people strategies. Responsible for setting up the People Services processes in line with the new vision for the business.    Some processes are in place and may need to be reviewed from the ground-up before improvements can be made.
• Collaborate closely with People Services team colleagues in the Europe on common initiatives, sharing of best practice,    data and contribute to a cohesive team spirit and communication.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in all operational and tactical areas of HR including, but not limited to, employment    law, FLSA classifications, leave management, HR technology, benefits management and compensation.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay   budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure   revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline    employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances;    counseling employees and supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Five years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Strong computer skills.
