A leading Company Looking for an experienced Technical Support Representatives in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Prepare systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Deliver great customer service.
  • Organise and schedule work for other engineers.
  • Monitor production environment for application generated alerts.
  • Deployment, OS/DB upgrade checkouts including administrative tasks (forms, etc).
  • Implement Incident Management Process to resolve incidents.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
