A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representatives in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Take telephone calls concerning Customer service-related queries.
• Process incoming and outgoing subcontract items.
• Work to continuously improve systems and processes, to enable the progressing of work to be effective.
• Troubleshooting technical issues with customers.
• Organising installations and service calls with field engineers.
• Liaising with Operations to ensure build issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
