Looking For Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope & liaise with consultant    regarding contract work scope and seek clarifications.
• Prepare BOQ's, costing, pricing & rate analysis of direct & indirect cost for the BOQ items.
•  Coordination with all the consultants & contractors involved in the project.
• Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
• Visit site at the time of meeting as scheduled & certify the quantity of work for preparing running bills & final bills.
• Generate GFC drawing set for Site execution.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
