Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Service Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Remove all unused items on table and place in proper dish table bins.
  •  Handle all Guest service issues in an immediate and professional manner.
  •  Follow all Company and departmental policies and procedures.
  •  Ensure sales drop is correct and issue remittance envelope.
  •  Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work area and backup room.
  •  Ensure security questions are asked and be vigilant at all time.

Job Requirements:

  •  Graduate in hotel management.
  •  Having good in communication and computer. 
  •  Age between 20-30 years old.
  • Two years experience in same field.
