Job Description :

Looking for a Cafe Supervisor in Bahrain. 

Job Details:

  • Promotes teamwork, coaches, develops and trains department associates; minimizes turnover, promotes efficiency, and controls labor costs.
  • Maintains accurate department records to ensure documentation of activities is available.
  • Notifies Caf Management and/or Maintenance Associate of any equipment needing repair.
  • Ensures food and service meet quality and timeliness standards.
  • Assists in overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  •  High school diploma holder.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  •  Basic computer skills.
