Job Description :

Duties:

  • Analyse and interpret statistical output from rewards/compensation surveys
  • Liaise with external service providers in designing and administering medical benefits & insurance policies
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the compensation package and benefits schemes
  • Requirements:
  • Appropriate educational Degree and valid credentials
  • At least 8 years of experience from banking/ Financial service industry
  • Good command over both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Be familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Be proficient in MS Office and HRIS
