Job Description :

Duties:

  • Advise on complicated agreement structures, approval processes and company policies and procedures etc.
  • Provide legal advice and support in relation to the structuring, due diligent and execution of various investment transactions particularly with respect toprivate equity.
  • Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer(Lawyers qualified in other jurisdictions with relevant legal practicing experience in Hong Kong would also be considered)
  • Min. 6 years of post qualification experience gained in the pvt equity/capital markets team of an intl law firm or a well-known financial service company.
  • Fluency in  English and Chinese, including Mandarin   
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
