Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Administration Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Supports recruiting function with job postings and correspondence.
  •  Ensure that all confidential information is maintained in a locked storage cabinet or desk.
  •  Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons as   directed.
  •  Maintains and updates electronic filing systems and report binders - individually and departmentally.
  •  Coordinates purchase requests in accordance with company purchasing policies and restrictions.
  •  Assist in other roles/activities as assigned by Vice President of Human Resources.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR and Administration field in UAE.
  • Working Knowledge of Ms Exel,Ms Word,Ms PowerPoint and other HR related Software.
  •  Excellent verbal, written and grammar skills.
