A leading Company Looking for an experienced NOC Technician in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Performed troubleshooting/configuration on network routers and switches.
  • Imaged laptops and desktops using Ghost software for Windows XP and 7 platforms.
  • Provided technical support to field technicians, including accurate alert and diagnostic information on trouble severity   and restoration indications.
  • Demonstrated professional and superior customer service and interpersonal skills while identifying, prioritizing,   resolving or escalating issues within SLA guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Good communication Skills.
