Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experiened Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Sets-up and ensures kitchen stations are ready to serve prior to service.
•  Ensures food tickets are complete and out in a timely manner.
•  Reads and follows recipes, and prepares and cooks hot and cold food items.
•  Orders supplies and equipment within budget constraints and with the approval of the chef. 
•  Participates in the planning and production of major special events involving food service.

Job Requirements:

• High Shool Diploma.
• Two years experience in the field.
•  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
•  Demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills and abilities.
