Looking for a Sales Manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

• Collaborates with Director of Sales to meet sales objectives and quotas for regions.
• Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new   customer opportunities.
• Recommends adjustments in selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•   Direct, coordinate and review sales teams’ targeted revenue and client satisfaction goals.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
•  Strong leadership skills.
