Job Description :

Duties:

  • Perform with the business leaders across the region to deliver strategic legal advice and provide them with legal and regulatory guidance. 
  • Advise on the implementation of business best practice, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
  • Liaising with the sales teams and other internal business function teams across the region in relation to specific deals and to provide guidance and support.
  • Requirements:
  • Appropriate academic qualificatons
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Previous relevant experience of min 5 years
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
