Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Office Secretary in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact.
- Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, maintaining filing system, and updating contact database and employee list.
- Manage relationships with clients, service providers other managers and employees ensuring the daily work flow to its best.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- One year experience in the same field.
- Administrative skills.
