Job Description :
Duties:
- Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
- Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
- Requirements:
- Diploma (minimum) in any discipline;
- Min 3 years experience in customer service or order processing;
- Experience in handling Distributors and Joint-Venture Partners is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
- Good command over spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
