Job Description :

Duties:

Translating and drafting of legal documents
Execute work such as due diligence, verification, drafting and reviewing documents and performing legal research
Assist due diligence and management of relevant documents and information
Requirements:
Must hold a Law degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in similar or related roles
Experience working with PRC clients will be a plus
Fluency in English, Cantonese
Ability to exercise independent thought and judgment
