Job Description :

Duties:

  • Meet & greet students, parents, and school representatives and advise admissions plans for individual clients
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, reply messages, answer general inquiries relate to
  • Provide admissions Consulting, and schedule appointments for consulting sessions
  • Requirements:
  • Graduate Degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Knowledge of US/UK admissions process will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Mandarin & Cantonese is a plus)
