Human Resources (hr) Director

Job Description :

Duties:

• Deliver a comprehensive human resources service to the group business 
• Set up extensive and continuous recruitment plan for all department to support the growth
• Keep up employee relations with mutual communication
• Developing policies for reward alongside group activities
• Requirements:
• 10 years (min) experience as HR Director / Manager, at least 5 years on garment manufacturing field
• HR experience in China and SE Asian countries is a plus
• Fluency Mandarin & good English
• Knowledge of China labour law and insurance scheme
