- Quality Assurance Officer – Fast Food Restaurant Chain
Job Description :
Duties:
- Prepare documents, reports of data and analysis
- Arrange monthly food microbiological tests and equipment calibration
- Product quality check in accordance with specified sampling plan and ISO 22000 guidelines
- Overee corrective and preventive actions to quality problem
- Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Food Technology, Food & Nutrition or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing / food industry / F&B chain or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge on GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP is a must
