A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
  • Determines customer needs and matches appropriate skillset to the need.
  • Coordinates with the Technician to communicate the action plan and services to be provided to the customer.
  • Assisting with completing customer's applications for Government assistance.
  • Making outbound calls to individuals interested in learning more about different services.
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
