Job Description :

Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Provide one-stop service to credit card customers by handling phone enquiries and processing applications to enhance customer experience
  • Make sure all operational and sales activities are in full compliance with both internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holders preferred (any disciplines)
  • Experience in call centre / banking industry
  • Knowledge of credit card operations and banking services is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Written and spoken English and Chinese.
