Job Description :
Duties:
- Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Provide one-stop service to credit card customers by handling phone enquiries and processing applications to enhance customer experience
- Make sure all operational and sales activities are in full compliance with both internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
- Requirements:
- Degree holders preferred (any disciplines)
- Experience in call centre / banking industry
- Knowledge of credit card operations and banking services is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Written and spoken English and Chinese.
