Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Research and resolve customer payment discrepancy, create customer credits when needed.
•  Maintain excellent documentation to support transactions including customer program info.
•  Generates monthly rent and tenant invoicing verifying accuracy from rent roll.
•  Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
•  Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
•  Budget preparation support on projects at all stages from start to completion.
•  Implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Holder.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Computer knowledge and corresponding application skills.
•  Strong organizational and analytical skills.
