Job Description :
Duties:
- Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
- Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
- Supervise a Hotline team to provide quality customer service to clients and follow through Company policy and procedure
- Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of Customer Service with 3 years of hotline operation experience preferably in Telecom industry;
- Good command over English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Excellent customer service attitude-skills.
- Be a smart and presentable with good communication skills.
