Job Description :

Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
  • Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Supervise a Hotline team to provide quality customer service to clients and follow through Company policy and procedure
  • Requirements:
  • Min. 5 years of Customer Service with 3 years of hotline operation experience preferably in Telecom industry;
  • Good command over English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Excellent customer service attitude-skills.
  • Be a smart and presentable with good communication skills.
