Job Description :

Duties:

Responsible to handle IT operations support and incidents
Provide Tier 1.5 level support on Server related matters before pass to Infrastructure team
Support IT Manager on different technical projects or technical documentation preparation
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
5 years or above support or infrastructure experience with Microsoft products, Window Server, Office 365
Experience in a sizable enterprise is a definite plus.
Fluency in spoken Chinese and English (Cantonese and Mandarin)
