Job Description :
Duties:
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Requirements:
- Appropriate Engineering Degree
- Previous relevant experience of min 5 to 7 years
- Be a smart and presentable.
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
