A leading Company Looking for an experienced JAVA Application Support - Analyst Programmer in Philippines.

Job Details:

• Work on planning and execution of incident, problem, change and service requests within agreed SLA.
• May create and develop software solutions to the application including deployment to production.
• Manage ticketed query system (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
• Collaboration with multiple teams and vendors for production related activities.
• Regularly check on overall health of the applications supported.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
