Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Call Center Agent  in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Contact customers with outstanding repairs or advisories from an earlier MOT.
  • Call customers to remind and book them in for annual services or repairs advised through their 'Vehicle Health Check'   process.
  • Contact previous MOT customers prior to MOT due date.
  •  Working in a target-driven environment, focusing on excellent customer service.
  • Resolving customers’ queries the first time they are raised, liaising with other departments to ensure resolution.
  • Proactively reviewing customer accounts when they call, to identify and resolve any future problems before they arise.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
