Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Call Center Agent in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Contact customers with outstanding repairs or advisories from an earlier MOT.
- Call customers to remind and book them in for annual services or repairs advised through their 'Vehicle Health Check' process.
- Contact previous MOT customers prior to MOT due date.
- Working in a target-driven environment, focusing on excellent customer service.
- Resolving customers’ queries the first time they are raised, liaising with other departments to ensure resolution.
- Proactively reviewing customer accounts when they call, to identify and resolve any future problems before they arise.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- IT Skills.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
