It Helpdesk Officer

Job Description :

Duties:

• Offer first tier support to users with hardware and software via phone and email
• Support queries for executives and end users
• Well handle computer operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures with system backup from job schedule
• Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Services or related stream
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or experienced in Information Services
• Hotline support will be a plus
• Both written & Spoken English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge in Windows based computing platform (MS application)
