Job Description :

Duties:

  • Provide customer service to work-in customer; handle the customers's enquiries
  • Offer clerical support, include data entry, filing, contact service in branch  
  • Process loan application document, verify documents, fill application forms for customers
  • Requirements:
  • Secondary Graduated. (Fresh graduated are welcome).
  • Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel)
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service attitude-skills.
