Telesales Executive

Job Description :

Duties:

• Recognize sales opportunities for sales lead generation and work in line with corporate standards to attain local.
• Offer professional and fine services to the customers
• Liaise closely with other functions to deliver quality services.
• Selling services to right customers to achieve sales target and supporting service requests.
• Requirements:
• Diploma holder with 2 years experience in telesales / customer services.
• (Bachelor Degree with less experience will also be considered).
• Good Computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Fluency in spoken English & Cantonese (Mandarin is preferred) .
• Good communication and telephone handling skills.
