Job Description :

Duties:

• Providing fine customer services to both local clients Handling the hotline services like order broadband solution, technique enquiries.
• Handling the key account service and operation support for the customers.
• Handling the client complaints and as well as to resolve problems.
• Requirements:
• Diploma (minimum)
• 1-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in hotline, airline, telecommunication or logistics contact center environment.
• Skills in spoken & written English and Cantonese. (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Good Computer knowledge-skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
