Job Details:

•  Develop a recruitment strategy and plan in conjunction with senior stakeholders. 
• Provide an end to end proactive recruitment service and process in a cost-effective way that delivers quality candidates. 
• Deliver an innovative and best practice approach to attraction making use of a variety of methods.
• Measure, monitor and report on recruitment processes and outcomes. 
• Manage, monitor and report on 3rd party relationships. 
• Keep up to date with industry thinking and development on recruitment approaches.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
