Technical Supervisor - Building Services

Job Description :

Duties:

• Reporting to the Building Surveyor
• Responsible for handling tenancy fitting-out and other major improvement works
• Updated supervision of in-house technicians and contractors for routine maintenance and repair work for plumbing & drainage systems
• Requirements:
• Certificate in Building Services or equivalent preferred
• General knowledge in written English, fluent in Cantonese
• At least 5 years' experience in building construction or services maintenance of plumbing & drainage systems
• Right technical knowledge and excellent supervising skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
