Duties:

• Excecuting strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
• Producing long-term business plans;controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Requirements:
• Appropriate academic Degree
• 5-10 years of sales experience in the financial industry
• Be Familiar with financial products, data or software
• Business level Mandarin and English skills is a must
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
