Job Description :

Duties

  • Handle enquiries including fresh business follow-up and policy servicing from sale teams
  • Process fresh  business submission including Know Your Client (KYC) compliance checks in accordance with regulatory requisites
  • Perform ongoing Customer Risk Assessment (CRA) for existing clients
  • Assist counter services by checking documents face to face
  • Requirements:
  • Applicant must be a Graduate
  • MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Spoken and written Chinese & English, Mandarin is a plus
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking, insurance industry
  • Experience in KYC/CDD and use of third-party AML system is a plus.
