Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Ensures that all current and new employees are trained on the Employee Injury Program.
  •  Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
  •  Maintain personnel files and ensure employee paperwork is processed appropriately.
  •  Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
  •  Monitor employee coverage changes, including qualifying life events, to ensure accurate records.
  •  Prepare and verify calculation of all benefits invoicing.

Job Reqirements:

  •  Reconciles and/or processes payroll charge backs to properties as required.
  •  Reviews company policies and procedures with new hires and answers general new hire questions.
  •  Assist with explanation and administration of employee benefits programs.
  •  Ensures timely completion/posting of forms, reports, logs, and records.
  •  Maintains job descriptions, compensation plans, etc.
  •   Fulfills ad hoc HR reporting requests as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Superior organizational skills; attention to detail.
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
