Retail Coach - Skincare/beauty

Job Description :

Duties:

• Develop individual coaching plan and KPIs setting for each beauty advisor, then closely follow up with Retail Managers.
• Uplift service level and ensure the brand's standards are followed.
• Analyze and prepare reports of the coaching progress and provide feedback to sales and marketing team for strategic planning.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of field coaching and training experience in luxury skincare / cosmetics industry
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a smart and presentable person always
