It Operations Team Leader - Project Planning

Job Description :

Duties:

• Lead the service team to provide quality service to end users and handle reporting duties.
• Work in partnership with Infrastructure team to work on different projects to improve user experience
• Report assessment findings to senior management.
• Supervise the entire operation team
• Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 10 years (minimum) IT support experience, with supervisory experience
• Proficiency in both speaking and writing Chinese and English
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Products and Office 365
• Excellent leadership skills
• Be a smart and presentable.
