Looking for an experienced Application Analyst in Qatar.
Job Details:
Monitors customer utilization of applications to determine if application features are being used appropriately.
Recommends operational changes as appropriate.
Proactively identifies the need to upgrade the supporting infrastructure.
Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Production support of MS Dynamics CRM with Implementation/upgrade
SQL Database and Server Management skills (IIS, ADFS, IFD)
IP telephony through Tapi, MS CRM and ERP integration
