A leading Company Looking for an experienced Team Lead in Bangalore.

Job Details:

•  Meeting production requirements in terms of quality, quantity, cost, safety and time.
• Meeting operational standards, reducing waste and down time.
• Development and improvement of all production processes.
• Maintain care records; recording observations, activities and assessments.
• Liaise with nurses, GPs and social workers to ensure service users are receiving the medical support required.
• Review the care and support delivered in a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
