Job Details:

•  Build effective relationships with providers, client services team and partners.
• Using a proactive approach to continuous improvements to benefit productivity.
• Contribute proactively to the overall development of the campaign through ideas and creativity.
• Oversee the resource management to ensure all calls are answered within SLA’s.
• Provide clear direction, support and guidance to the team through effective coaching and leadership.
• Managing the Telecoms Team Leaders and providing them with support and guidance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
