Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
  • Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer services, preferably in call centre
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
