Job Description :
Duties:
- Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
- Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer services, preferably in call centre
- Knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good communication and customer service skills.
