Job Description :

Duties:

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Coordinate organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience in glass field.
  • Knowledge of Oman market is a plus.
  • Valid GCC driving permit is a must
  • EXcellent sales, coordination skills.
  • Highly motivated person.
