Job Description :

Duties:

  • Support the repair and maintenance of the building fabric & structure of Pacific Place.
  • Handling fit-out works, repair and refurbishment projects
  • Prepare tender documents, monitoring contractors’ works, and assisting in preparation and implementation of planned maintenance schedules.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years experience in building maintenance
  • Skills in MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD
  • Good analytical and communication skills needed.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
