Technical Supervisor - Building Services

Job Description :

Duties:

• Responsible for handling tenancy fitting-out and other major improvement works.
• Day-to-day co-ordination and supervision of in-house technicians and contractors for routine maintenance and repair work for plumbing and drainage system in Pacific Place. 
• Work well as a part of company's dynamic team
• Requirements:
• Certificate in Building Services or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in services maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems
• Experience in Property Management field will be preferable
• Fluency in written English, Cantonese
• Good communication and supervising skills
