Job Description :

Duties:

Evaluate and conduct trouble-shooting by finding the root cause of problems and provide full-cycle service support
Perform regular check-ups for the systems/ products at an operational level
Take part in service and products improvement projects and drive project deliverables
Requirements:
Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related disciplines
Good understanding in TCP/IP protocol
Knowledge in Java, XML and SQL and administration in Windows, Unix, Linux
Excellence in Oracle databases or IBM WebSphere is preferable
