Required Hadoop Administrator

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Hadoop Administrator in Canada.

Job Details:

• Deploying a hadoop cluster, maintaining a hadoop cluster, adding and removing nodes using cluster monitoring tools like   Ganglia Nagios or Cloudera Manager, configuring the NameNode high availability and keeping a track of all the running   hadoop jobs.
• Implementing, managing and administering the overall hadoop infrastructure.
• Takes care of the day-to-day running of Hadoop clusters.
• Optimizing Performance in HDP.
• Perform High Availability / Disaster Recovery setup.
• Cloudera Manager Administration (Moving the Cloudera Manager Server to a New Host, stop, start, managing   alerts/logs, license management).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
