Job Description :

Duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day co-ordination and supervision of in-house technicians and contractors
  • Perform maintenance work for plumbing and drainage system in Pacific Place.
  • Well handling tenancy fitting-out and other major improvement works.
  • Requirements:
  • Certificate in Building Services or equivalent
  • Knowledge in written English, fluent in Cantonese
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent supervising skills needed.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
